Ok y’all I’m done smiling and crying so now I can type this caption lol. I’m going keep it short because not to many words can explain what I’m feeling right now but I feel like “thank & you” are the best ones because I truly am just thankful for this and you all.

Big thank you and much love to @nikerunning for featuring me in their Play New campaign

Big Thank you to everyone that’s been supporting me in community efforts and in life period.

This one for the city!

Just because it wasn’t happening in these areas doesn’t mean it couldn’t and WE (the runners) changed that!

You can almost feel the excitement and appreciation from the people as we run past and that alone if enough to keep this train moving!

One thing Baltimore has the power to do is showing you what community should look and feel like and I must say this last visit was REFRESHING!

My bro @1__booboo kept his word and the minute I got home celebrated my 33rd birthday! Even blessed me with a race bib!

Then I finally got to pull up to @biddy.tvs R&B party! If you’ve never been you’re missing out on real fun!

After that of course I was running with my @neighborhood_runners family!

Then @themovement.team team called me to host their youth violence prevention basketball game and I was not missing that! The kids & adults had a time!

My bro @mr.du2e called me and said instead of riding let’s run 10 miles with the @baltimorebikeparty

And to close things out I hosted a Family Festival with @marylandfamilynetwork and we had resources, food, music, giveaways, games, and it was all FREE!

I was looking for content to post from @thespeedproject and quickly realized I didn’t have much. Not because I didn’t want to record, but because witnessing the solo finishers was a moment that required me to be present.

So present that I even slept at the Vegas sign lol

It required me to recognize that their journey is none like the relay racers. It’s more personal and the self realization that they have on that journey is one to be respected so whatever moment they wanted at that finish line we ( myself and @jimmyvpage ) were there to help create that!

If they want silence, give them the space. If they want to cry, give them a shoulder. If they want a beer, crack that thing open!! Because it takes a special type of someone to sign up for something they know will take them to an unknown place that they don’t know how they will come out of!

To 33 years of appreciation. The love, the trust, the community, the support, the memories, the good, the bad, and the ugly! Life isn’t life without it all.

Know that I mean it when I say I will try my hardest to never take any of it for granted.

To my people, if my actions ever come off like I don’t appreciate or value your support, our relationship, or anything concerning us you have the green light to check me and holla at me. I love y’all🤎

Video inspired by: @jonnysips couldn’t wait to do this one 😂

I’d be lying if ain’t say turning 33 is major for me and instead of a long caption about where I am or want to be, I’m going to just say I’m blessed to be here and still going through the emotions 🎈

From Baltimore to LA I Appreciate the Love, the encounters, and the memories 🤞🏾 let’s keep going up!

If you see them, tag them!

One of my favorite things to do outside of running is cheering on runners!!

Proud of all the people that jumped out there! It was a beautiful day in Baltimore!

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
