In “Rivers of White”, she explores through portraits, memories, and notes taken on the spot the often-hidden world of proofreading, turning her own experience into a poetic investigation.

📚 An intimate voice from France and shortlisted for the European Union Prize for Literature.

@almudena.quintanilla is a musician from Spain.

She creates moments people carry with them long after the sound fades. What most people don’t see is everything it takes to make those moments possible.

In culture, the impact is felt instantly. But the work behind it often isn’t.

In the stillness of a foggy landscape, stories start

Estonian author Lilli Luuk takes us through a poetic world in “Night Mother”. When a young artist, is lost in the bog with her mother and aunt, what begins as a simple search for a way home turns into something far more unsettling.

Hidden among the mist, objects come out. Objects that are fragments of a past long buried. Slowly, the untold stories of the women in her family begin to unfold.

📚 A powerful voice from Estonia, is one of the shortlisted authors for the European Union Prize for Literature.

Some of the deepest conflicts happen within us.

Finnish author Susanna Hast explores the fragile family bonds in “Despair”. Through the intense relationship between a daughter and her mother, the novel explores how identity, separation and intimacy begin to blur.

What holds a family together, and what quietly breaks it apart?

With a background in researching war, violence and compassion, Hast brings clarity to the emotional terrain of her writing. The result is a raw and thought-provoking reflection on the hidden tensions within the closest relationships.
