walked into Alibaba.com’s CoCreate event expecting the usual insights but I walked out realising that they’re rewriting how people source, sample and test products..

they’ve made the whole process of the product innovation and creation almost effortless..

some mornings are less about routine, it’s more about getting your head in the right room before you even enter it.

gym, steam, calm, clarity and… a moment with unmeasurable success before stepping back in the day.

day 2 was wrapped up with a different kind of motion..

but there’s something special about London at night like the skyline, the silence and the headspace..

perfect timing before checking into @intercontheo2 and stepping into @alibaba.com_official’s CoCreate event tomorrow..

day 2 of the business show + white label was all noise, ideas and energy but tonight was all about clarity, more like resetting the mind. refocusing on the mission for the next day..

but see you in the next room - we’re just getting started. 🤝

day 2 at @excellondon and the motion didn’t stop for a second..

from @thebusinessshowuk to the @whitelabelworldexpo, every booth, conversation and seminar talks was packed with insights on AI, branding, product innovation and what growth really look like in 2025..

but:
- lost the spin wheel.
- won a chocolate.
- negotiated for a snickers (that was a success still).
- got humbled by a @crepprotect key master machine.
- lost the @orcascan game too quick (quite similar to flappy bird).
- had genuinely brilliant conversations with people building the future..

what a perfect founder day. 😮‍💨😅

not sure if you spotted the ending 🫣 but onto the next chapter, trust me - the motion only gets better from here.

if first impressions were currency, this is how I’d invest in mine..

day 1 at @thebusinessshowuk was all about the conversations that do really matter - strategy, design, and how AI is reshaping the creative and legal’s perspective.
