The time has come to take another journey, for I now present my official 2025 Media Diet (link in bio)

It feels as if my life can be read through these documents, the past, present, and somehow future, all at once. But as it seems these sort of data diaries of all kinds become more commonplace, I look further from myself and more towards us as a collective and what this need to collect and maintain our history says about our little priorities.

Or maybe this is nothing at all! Anyway, still can’t seem to nail any editing software. See you next year.

🚨TREND ALERT 🚨

This summer will be the summer of Sid and Marty Krofft! You heard it here first, once all the girlies tire of their Caroline Bessette Kennedy cosplay, the West Village will be run amok in dirty ochre and a sort of sick chartreuse. There will be lines all around for giant puppet shows and Washington Square Park will hold its first ever Dr. Blinky lookalike contest. Get ready for a summer of wonder and adventure, and follow for more professional trend forecasting.

they tell you to make your dreams a reality, and I took that quite literally by recreating (to the best of my very poor photoshop ability) spaces that I have seen in my nightly dreams that have stayed with me for years.

the joy is in the struggle of knowing I’ll never be able to get these fake places perfect but hope that I can capture their essences. and the crudeness is definitely the joy, and not because I have zero technical rendering skills and the only thing I know how to do in photoshop is use the tool that looks like a paintbrush with a dotted circle around it.

also these dreams were not about the spaces, but simply the settings for my most common dream theme, suddenly realizing I am so so late to something and panicking while trying to remember how to get there

crawling up from a months long black hole that lacked any hint of interest or inspiration, attempting to remember anything that i like, that could lead me to a forgotten but once crafted with love 16 year old blogspot. have discovered a meeting of opulence and conspiracy, a simulacrum that yearns for something greater. hopefully can continue to regain a sense of self, respond to texts again, and stop researching what it would take to become a female freemason.

up until right now, a little part of me has still been in the year 2024. but now I am released, finally finished as I am done with last year’s media diet (only 9 months late). sometimes it feels that it has taken over my worldview and everything I see within myself and around me is on its terms, but unfortunately it is the longest I have ever committed to anything, which is its own issue.

as always, link to 2024 in bio, take a gander if you care, it still makes me happier than having a letterboxd. also, my photoshop remains as always, terrible, but hey better than being a cuck for AI

went to barclays for the second time ever two weeks ago and am now entranced by sports venues and their misused potential as futurist hubs - they should have trains and art and barber shops and be architecturally significant and at the center of everything

also I do not know enough about what I can only assume of their history of destroying neighborhoods and pushing communities out I have not read the power broker plz be kind I just want a monorail station where I can also buy a hotdog

a few years ago during an early seasons project runway rewatch, the late fashion designer and contestant, chris march, took tim gunn into the nyc apartment of a friend while tim was visiting chris during the months longpreparation for fashion week at bryant park. But the most memorable part of the whole season for me became that apartment (last two slides) and the magic it contained

I think I thought a lot more of my life would entail walking into homes that felt like they were an impossible secret by design. I want to walk in and feel like I’m on a boat, I want to walk in and feel like ive crashed the set of the gilded age, i want to walk in and not be able to verify if ive then found the listing online when i later inevitably try and look how much you pay for rent because there’s no way it could be the blank box in the photos

I yearn for more eccentricity that isn’t bought, but made, ideally in a rented space, transformed purely for love. I wish I could have found more in my searches online, but hopefully that’s a good thing, and that there are still some secrets undiscovered by those tiktok apartment tour guys and curbed editors

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
