Week long research residency at Trust Collective with @cem_centroemmovimento ; expanding - deepening in embodied inquiry
In a world where solutions seem to only beget more problems, thinking through direct experience opens up other ways of relating.
Iterating, exploring, and sensing into novel landscapes through listening and being-with. Using the body as an instrument..for connection, inquiry, and weaving threads that exist in the pre-verbal
“Knowledge” becomes embodied whichfeels less like a choice and more of a necessity at a time when the world is renegotiating what it means to relate.

Freedom comes in many forms
Actually in all forms
Even the ones we deem the most binding
Recognising the gift within the seeming bind
Is the doorway through
Shedding falsehoods of what one is not
To make space for what one has been all along

Slowing down to come into presence requires us to open to the subtle dimensions that lay beyond thinking
A realm of Being the resides through the breath
The space between our inhale and exhale
A dimension accessed as body softens and our resistances are placed on the alter of Love
Here the fight and struggle to Become ends
Albeit for a moment,
As we drink from the elixir of Presence
Offered through the courage to turn towards what is Here.

Seasonal changes afoot… with many structures being cemented and engrained. Fresh water only reach the ocean when there are pathways to direct it….
Discovering that life is quite the same. So is our creativity and ingenuity.
Structures and systems in support of the cyclical and the intuitive.
Rhythm and routine in service to the wild and feral.
I use to rule it out. One but not the other… other but not the one.
A ping pong game. A pendulum swing.
Finding Scared balance takes time. Perhaps a life time.
A road worth travelling to realise our gifts…
To serve and give, offer and devote from deep and integrated roots

Good gosh how we need to gather
To come together with aligned purpose and intent
To heed the call of the heart
And offer our ears to another
Bear witness to each other’struth
To discover our own reflected back
It’s been a ride and half in Hong Kong over these last years
Marked by ceremony and ritual
Cultivation and intention
Gathering community
To listen, to offer, to dance our praise and prayers
Of our shared humanity
For this earth, of this earth
The journey continues
And so does the circle…
And oh how it grows

Tides of change make space for new ways of being to emerge
Offering a movement meditation practice with the @consciousdance_hk community this Monday evening 7-9pm at Dance Concepts, Wanchai HK
We will explore what is feels like, on a somatic and visceral level, to move with the pockets of inner change underway in this new cycle in our astrological year.
To be moved by the organic mystery and intelligence of the body, making way for novel ways of expression that may surprise ourselves
We will follow the @dancemandala pathway and layers of practice to descend more intimately into the Here and Now, sourcing stillness in movement, and dancing to the beat and rhythm of our own heart.
Looking forward to see you there 🌹

‘Temple of She’ was a project that was born from a desire to curate a space where a live audience could witness women in their primal expression, unencumbered, unfiltered, unpolished.
To be witnessed and to perform are two different things.
To be witnessed is an act of courage & vulnerability. To bear oneself naked and undone, raw and true… in the eyes of another. A kind of testament, I see you, I feel you, I am you.
Performantive femininity eludes to a kind of fauning, a seeking, an attempt and agenda. To appease through the eyes of the patriarchal gaze.
The intent with ‘Temple of She’ was to destigmatize performance ritual and society’s misconstured relation with the Feminine. To offer a brave space for a collective of women to step forward to offer their hearts through their dance.
What started as a singular performance art piece evolved into a year long journey as a sisterhood and rooted collective.
We moved along coastlines, urban jungles and Oceanic waters. In darkness and In light. In silence and in shrill. In tears and in elation.
We grew closer, and then apart, and then closer still.
I am in awe of the beauty that can transpire when a configuration of women come together to create and heal. As well as the significance of our process, not only what it means for the individual self but also the collective Self.
With every movement of radical self authenticity I believe there a collective offering of restoration and repair that transpires. Themes touched that are bothpersonal and archetypal in nature.Converging, rearranging .. and ultimately restoring.

Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
