Today, I am excited to announce our Family Opportunity Agenda. We are going to be relentless in our drive to make our city more affordable for families in San Francisco.

Starting this month, a family of four making less than $230,000 a year will qualify for free child care at hundreds of high quality providers across the city.

And by this fall, those earning up to $310,000 a year will receive a 50% subsidy.

Our plan also expands opportunities for our students.

In partnership with SFUSD, we’re launching a new pilot that allows high school students to earn associate degrees or industry certifications at City College—with a guaranteed transfer to SF State University. This will help them become nurses, police officers, Pre-K teachers, auto technicians, chefs, and more.

We’re committed to making San Francisco a place where families can stay, grow, and build their future. This is just the beginning. Let’s go, San Francisco.

San Francisco is a city on the rise. This past year, we made strong progress on safer streets, our economic recovery, and a government focused on results. I spoke with ABC’s @jonkarl about what’s changed—and how we’ll keep delivering for San Franciscans.

Citywide crime is down almost 30%, car break-ins are down 44%, and homicides are at lows we haven’t seen since the 1950s. We still have more work to do, but these stats are a sign that we are heading in the right direction. Thank you to @sfpdofficial and everyone who keeps our city safe.

Valkyries fans…it’s our time! Season 2 of Ballhalla tips off this Sunday, May 10 at 5:30pm against the Phoenix Mercury. San Franciscans showed up strong last year, packing Chase Center and bringing the energy every single night. Now it’s time to build on that momentum and make this season even bigger.

Let’s go, @valkyries. Let’s go, San Francisco! 💜

We have been hitting the streets to gather signatures to put two transit funding measures on the ballot this November.

This will prevent gridlock – the more people that ride transit, the less traffic that we have on our streets.

This will avoid catastrophic service cuts that would hurt our families, students, and operators.

This will help drive our continued economic recovery, which is reliant on having a strong public transit system.

Let’s go Muni. Let’s go San Francisco.

Saigon Sandwich is a staple of the Tenderloin, serving up some of the best banh mi in the city—at $5.50, they might also be the best deal. And after all these years, they’re opening a new Saigon Sandwich in Fisherman’s Wharf in the Anchor’s Landing shopping center. Be on the lookout for them this summer!

My order: Roast Chicken Banh Mi + Vietnamese Iced Coffee

For a year, we’ve been getting rid of nonsense and bringing back common sense under PermitSF. This effort is about making permitting faster and more transparent, while moving much of the process online.

I’m happy to hear from San Franciscans that these changes are helping them every single day. Find out how ➡️

Every day our firefighters have our city’s back, now it’s the city’s turn to have their backs.

Today, I stood with Firefighters Local 798 to sign legislation which will ensure we are investing in our firefighters, paramedics, and EMTs for the work they do every single day.

At a moment when our city faces significant fiscal challenges, public safety remains my top priority. I am committed to delivering a budget that is responsible, protects core services, and helps accelerate our city’s recovery. This legislation does that—responsibly.

Public safety is how we keep residents and visitors safe downtown, how we help small businesses feel confident investing in our city, and how we make our neighborhoods stronger.

To every firefighter: thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your commitment to San Francisco.

Thank you to Local 798 President Sam Gebler, Fire Chief Dean Crispen, and my cosponsors on the Board of Supervisors for your collaboration on this effort.

Today, I joined Governor Gavin Newsom as he announced a first-in-the-nation program to provide free diapers to new parents across California. This effort will help families with one of the most essential costs that comes with raising a newborn.

Here in San Francisco, we are also working to lower the cost of living and make it easier for families to stay and thrive in our city through our Family Opportunity Agenda. That includes expanding child care access, supporting maternal and infant health, and making room for more housing for families.

When we reduce the pressure families face in those earliest moments, we create strong foundations for children and families to thrive. San Francisco and California are sending a clear message that families matter—and that we are committed to being places where they can afford to live, grow, and thrive.

Thank you, @cagovernor, for your commitment to California and our families.

Tourism in San Francisco is on the rise just like our city. New stats tell the story:

➡️ We’re projected to welcome 24.2 million visitors in 2026, up from 23.7 million last year.
➡️ Visitor spending is set to reach $9.9 billion, exceeding our 2019 record.
➡️ Conventions booking are up +8% on top of last year’s +14% gain.
➡️ In 2025, tourism generated $655 million in tax revenue for our city.
➡️ The industry also supports 63,900 SF jobs across hotels, restaurants, retail, and cultural institutions.

When tourist come to San Francisco, it benefits our entire city.

🚨Legislation Update!🚨

Today I signed two new pieces of legislation backed by Board President Rafael Mandelman.

1. Electric Vehicle Curbside Charging: Makes it easier to bring EV chargers to our curbs.

2. Glen Park Entertainment Zone: Creates an entertainment zone in Glen Park that includes the Night Market on Kern Street. Now nearby bars and restaurants can sell alcohol during block parties, street festivals and other special events.

Thank you to Board President @rafaelmandelmand8 for your partnership on these exciting new pieces of legislation.

We’re making sure all city-funded programs for kids are welcoming to kids with disabilities.

Today, with the Department of Children Youth and Their Families, we launched a required training that will make programs like after school care or summer camps even more accessible for children with disabilities, so everyone can fully participate and succeed.

With our Family Opportunity Agenda, we’re working to not only bring down the cost of living and expand economic mobility for San Francisco families—while also making sure city programs are truly accessible and welcoming to every family.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
