On April 6th I returned from an eight-day white water rafting trip in the Grand Canyon. It was awe-inspiring and humbling. It was a lot of work, but the reward was absolutely stunning scenery every day, all day. The cherry on top was zero cell reception, which made for a pretty thorough brain reset. This sort of trip is something that isn’t available to everyone, as you have to win a lottery to get a permit, so I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to experience one of the wonders of the world in such an immersive way. Seeing the canyon walls evolve as the river cut deeper and deeper was absolutely mind blowing; a kind of slow motion tour through millions of years of geology. And to make it even more special, Katherine and I shared the experience with a group of new friends who loved it just as much. We finished with a grueling but beautiful nine mile hike from the river to the top of the canyon, which felt like climbing out of another dimension back into reality (ironically it’s more likely the opposite). “He who listens to the river hears all voices.” - Hermann Hesse

"FabFilter’s latest update, the Pro-C 3, takes it from incredibly flexible to incredibly powerful, with new compression styles, character settings, Dolby Atmos compatibility, auto-threshold, a redesigned preset browser (with new presets), and many other new features that, in typical FabFilter fashion, I didn’t know I needed."

It took an extra day and hours of booking and unbooking and rebooking flights, but over the weekend I got to spend some time in Aruba. Didn’t realize it was a desert tropical island; reminded me quite a bit of San Diego ironically. Absolutely beautiful beaches and some pretty delicious food.

Went for a walk around Mt. Laguna on Saturday to see San Diego’s version of fall. All in all it wasn’t too shabby! Finished the day with a carne asada burrito and loaded cheese fries, so in other words it was a perfect day.

Was looking through some old hard drives and found these photos from 2020 during a trip to Belize, a few weeks before Covid. Another couple we met remarked they had to cancel their trip to Vietnam because of some virus. It seemed so strange at the time.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
