Mirror Necklace
wondrous item (necklace), very rare (requires attunement)

A necklace with an ornate mirror pendant.When looking into the mirror, three identical versions of oneself can be seen.

Once per day while wearing this necklace, you can use a bonus action on your turn to gaze into it and cast the Mirror Image spell.

When cast this way, you can use your spellcasting modifier rather than Dexterity when determining the AC of your illusory duplicates.

When one of your duplicates is destroyed, roll a d20.On a 1, a small crack appears in the mirror.On a 2-19, nothing happens. On a 20, all cracks in the mirror are magically repaired.Cracks in the mirror cannot be repaired by any other means.

If the mirror gains three cracks, it shatters and permanently loses its magic.

Jar of Flies
wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement)

As an action on your turn, you can open the jar to release the flies within, causing them to swarm a target of your choice within 30 feet.

For one minute, whenever the target makes an attack roll or saving throw, they must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack or saving throw.

When the effect ends, you can make a DC 12 Charisma (Animal Handling) check.On a success, the flies return to the bottle.On a fail, they scatter and the jar loses its magic.

While the jar is empty and without its magic, you can make a DC 12 Animal Handling check whenever you are within 30 feet of a swarm of flies.On a success, the flies enter the bottle and it regains its magic.

Anchor Axe : weapon (handaxe), rare (requires attunement)

You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.

Disadvantage is not imposed on attacks made with this weapon while it is underwater.

As a bonus action, you can speak the command phrase “drop anchor” to cause the axe to become immovable.If the axe is in the air or being held when the command phrase is spoken, it immediately falls until it hits a solid surface that can hold its weight, at which point it becomes immovable. If it lands on a surface which cannot hold its weight, the object breaks and the axe continues to fall.

Also as a bonus action on your turn, you can speak the command phrase “anchors aweigh” to cause the axe to become movable once more.

A creature may make a DC 30 Strength check to attempt to move themselves or any other creature or object from underneath the axe. On a success, the axe continues to fall until it again reaches a solid surface that can hold its weight, at which point it becomes immovable once more.
