• Here's a short little re-design I decided to give a go at to get back into things!

Being a long-time fan of the Bayformers movies, I decided to binge it all little while ago. And with new ears, I felt super inspired from all the way ahead-of-its-time sound design + VFX the movies had.

Specifically decided to choose this one because I honestly think Lockdown was under-portrayed and was just used as another one-time feature villain and... he transforms into a frickin Lambo. Like bro.

My general approach and goal for this was for it to be able to sound organic and alive, while still keeping the cool, bad-ass, metal robot element in place. I also wanted to make sure that if you were to close your eyes and listened, you could tell that this wasn't some friendly Autobot lol.

Super sad to be done with the program, but truly grateful to all of the experiences, learnings, and memories that I received from this blur of a year.

| Sound re-design of a segment from a @leagueoflegends cinematic "A New Dawn". |

A total of 11 students including myself worked on editing this piece in a span of 24 hours. Each students were given an element to edit such as different layers of the champion "Nautilus", whooshes, explosions, foliage, etc. I was tasked with cutting in the chain + anchor sounds.

Overall this was a super fun and challenging edit to do in scrunched time. Enjoy! ⚓️
