Ahh it feels so good to bring this back, I absolutely loved answering your questions before and I’ve missed it so much!

Each week I’ll be looking through my comments to pick questions to answer, and it doesn’t have to be just about organising. It could be about my home, my wardrobe… anything really!

So let’s kick things off with the question I get asked the most…
Dear Dilly, where do I start?💌

It has to be a space audit, and all you need is a pen and a notebook 📓 Work through your home section by section and for each area, note down three things:

1. What you like
2. What you dislike
3. And what needs to change

For me and my utility room: I love my hanging rail, I dislike how everything gathers on the counter, so I know my storage system needs a rethink!

By the end you’ll have a comprehensive to-do list to go through at your own pace, making your home work better for you and your family 💞

Motivation Monday 💪

This week’s motivation is all about kitchen planning and ticking off another area of my space audit! 🙌

Our kitchen has served us so well for 10 years, it’s seen plenty of kitchen parties, lots of hosting, and has genuinely worked hard for us. But it’s getting tired, and I know exactly what I’d do differently next time!

On my wish list:

🫙 A proper pantry area, with all my beautifully organised labelled jars
🍳 New storage above the hob with a built-in induction area to free up cupboard space
☕ A whole new coffee station system… it’s crying out for one!

Sunday Seven 💞

It’s been so busy the last two weeks I have 2 weeks of Sunday to catch up in 7 posts, So much more has happened but here are the highlights….

1. Owning a business is constant work to keep it going, keep it growing, keep it moving and evolving. I’ve had some super exciting meetings lately which mean even more investment of time and energy in order for it to succeed. Watch this space..

2. @dillysdollies have completed several international jobs now and I finally got to do one myself which was so much fun. Nothing makes me prouder than putting my t shirt on and doing what I do best with my team by my side.

3. I can not stress enough how having us unpack your home when you move can take away so much stress. Imagine having your home beautifully organised from day 1 not day 21 or 201. It’s the service you never knew you needed till you have it then you are blown away and wonder why you never did it before. Best investment ever in your mental health.

4. Nelly came 3rd in her Cheer competition at the weekend. The joy she gets from it is unmatched to anything else she does and that makes me happy. This photo is everything 💞

5. I can’t believe this has finally happened….. my first official organsing product. How lucky I am to have partnered with the perfect team @thecontentsbag_andme @fabricworkslondonThank you to everyone who has purchased so far, the response blew us away.

Back in an area I use to go clubbing in, so it’s bringing back all the nostalgia, I’ll give you a tour of some spots I use to visit or work in this week.

Motivation Monday ✨

The best way to kick off your week is by organising your hangers! 👗

It takes minutes, but if you do it weekly you’ll always be able to see exactly what you have - and plan your outfits for the week ahead.

You never know, you might even find something that has been hiding from you, or something to donate and sell!

SORT IT SATURDAY 💪

This week’s Sort it Saturday is all about your family games! 🎲

Everyone’s games area looks different - maybe you’ve got a cupboard, a shelf, or like me, a shallow footstool in the front room. Work with what you have!

Here’s how I organise mine:

🎯 Switch your games into A3 bags - you’ll be amazed how much more you can store

✂️ Cut the front of the box off and pop it in the bag so you can still identify the game, or read the instructions

🏷️ Label the bags and group similar games together

♻️ Donate anything you no longer play with (especially things the kids have outgrown)

The whole aim is simple - be able to see what you’ve got and everyone can reach it easily.

Fashion Friday - and yes, I caved!

You know how much I live in my brown @varley Hawley tracksuit - honestly it’s on repeat most days - so I thought it was finally time to add another colour to the collection!

I ordered a few to try on at home (dangerous, I know!) and now I need your help deciding what to keep!

1. Ivory Marl - more summery, but I am already panicking how to keep it this clean!
