Designmuseum Danmark
Denmark's leading museum of design located in the ❤️ of Copenhagen.
Tuesday-Sunday: 10-18, Thursday: 10-20
Our museum café is @format_cafe

We tend to think of design as the finished object: the chair, the lamp, the logo.
'In the Making' turns the spotlight on everything that comes before. In the museum’s hands-on process space, sketches, prototypes, materials and experiments reveal how ideas evolve into the objects we live with every day. And rather than simply observing, you’re invited to join in. Create your own digital design and try your hand at the decisions, dilemmas and discoveries that shape good design.
Give yourself a little time, and you might make the design of your dreams! 💭

Patterns are everywhere. In seashells and supermarket tiles. In striped shirts, parquet floors, woven textiles and the way shadows fall across the museum garden in the late afternoon 🌳
The exhibition 'Powerful Patterns' is a collaboration with Danish artist, fashion designer and musician @henrikvibskov. A playful universe where patterns spill across fashion, art and design, inviting visitors of all ages to step inside the rhythm of repetition itself.
And this September, Vibskov returns to the museum with a major new exhibition, once again turning the galleries into a curious world of installations, textiles, sound and spectacle. If we don’t see you: Have a lovely weekend ✨

Thank you 💘
Thank you for a splendid afternoon, an even better evening, and the launch of our new ciders, all enjoyed exactly where Copenhagen summer makes the most sense: in the middle of the museum garden.
The museum turned into an open-air living room for a night. And we'll do it again soon!

The bar is open 🥂
The first guests slipped through the gates just a minute ago as the sun hit the museum garden, and within minutes glasses were clinking at the year’s first DESIGNBAR with @design_denmark. The first round is on the house. We hope to see you ❤️

Have you ever stepped into a colourscape this translucent? 🤷♀️
There are exhibitions that explain themselves through wall texts and timelines. And then there are exhibitions that surround you before you fully understand what has happened. At Designmuseum Danmark, textile and fashion artist @nikolinelivandersen has created the latter.
In 'The Eternal Smile', we invite visitors into a dreamlike landscape where embroidered textiles, painted surfaces, and fragile forms unfold into stories about love, motherhood, growth, decay, and our connection to nature. Moving through installations, that seem to breathe around the body, you encounter works in dialogue with selected objects from the museum’s collection. What lingers afterwards is not only the extraordinary craftsmanship, but a reminder that we, too, are part of nature’s cycle.

Did you spot all the flags across Copenhagen today? 🇩🇰
King Frederik X turns 58 — and it made us think of his visit to our museum in 2022, when we reopened after our major renovation.
The King (then Crown Prince) gave a beautiful speech about the museum and the importance of Danish design, and joined our Director on an official tour of the exhibitions.
A heartfelt congratulations from all of us in Bredgade 👑

We’re open ✨
Hope to see many of you today for 10 exhibitions – including the brand new exhibition with Nikoline Liv Andersen – architectural gems, a sunny garden where you can lean back in a Lise Vester chair, a shop, a café, and much more. 🌞

See you beneath the trees on Bredgade: Copenhagen’s most beautiful Thursday bar is back 🌞
Sometimes all you need is for an ordinary weekday evening to feel extraordinary. A cold drink in hand, summer beats in the air, and the hum of people all around.
Designmuseum Danmark opens its beautiful garden in Bredgade for the first DESIGNBAR of the year on next Thursday the 28th, and honestly? It might just be the cure for end-of-week fatigue.
Expect talks and panel discussions, while museum café FORMAT uncorks their new specialty cider and summer beer, as a DJ sets the soundtrack for the evening.
Bring a friend and let the little Friday begin in one of the city’s most beautiful pockets of time. Remember to book a free ticket through link in bio ☝️❤️

Next week, summer officially arrives on Bredgade 🌞
Join us for the first DESIGNBAR of the year, an open-air after-work bar talks, DJ and cold drinks in historic surroundings. Each bar explores a new theme, and this time we focus on things that last, from materials and craftsmanship to the objects and ideas we choose to carry forward.
Expect ad DJ set in the evening sun, the launch of our own beer and cider, and a relaxed start to the weekend. @format_cafe will exclusively give out the first 200 beers and ciders for free, so come by early and have a taste.
DESIGNBAR is created in collaboration with @design_denmark. Free entrance, but you need to secure a ticket through link in bio ☝️

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
