上了年紀喜歡影片記錄當下。
我們這5天4夜的越南旅，都在睡眠不足的情況下開啟我們的每一天～找吃，找喝～還找玩。從山上回到地上，還是覺得上山好啊～因為冷天氣。。

打卡了網紅店 @dinhcafe , 他家的 #eggcoffee 是特別的！好喝，那蛋泡沫濃郁帶香，和咖啡攪拌一起，也不甜，最主要是這杯還是冷的。愛了❤️❤️❤️

民宿 @sapa.farmer.house 老闆的家庭版伙食不是蓋的，我們真的在外吃了一天，都是覺得還是民宿的食物煮得好吃😋。啊～我想念了～姐妹們，我不介意再次“九曲十三彎”再回到這天堂🤭😝😉😬

沒有體重擔憂，我依然能上下自如🤣

天氣冷冷，樓梯很多，還好平時都在訓練，不然肯定膝蓋會廢掉，氣息相信再繼續鍛鍊，下次再去絕對不會再感覺氧氣缺少～🤣😝🤭👻
