I don’t take moments like this for granted. It’s a long way from where I started, and my mum’s very proud, so that’s enough for me.

However this isn’t just about me! It’s a nod to every kid who comes from “somewhere else” and carves their own path in their own resilient way.

A strong mindset is what separates you from the rest. This is more than just a collaboration between BORN TO BE DIFFERENT and The Spartan Project — it’s a movement. A movement built to inspire people to move, challenge themselves, and become stronger mentally and physically.

Everyone who participated gave 100% effort, and that’s what made yesterday so special. A challenge like this isn’t easy, it’s mind over matter.

His girlfriend knew they weren’t getting home the moment we spotted him 😂

One minute he’s walking through Brixton with a medal round his neck…the next minute he’s doing push ups with complete strangers.

That’s the kind of energy we were trying to create all day 💪

No tickets. No sign up. No real barrier to entry other than deciding to get involved and chip in.

That’s what I like about this.

A public square, a shared goal, and people contributing whatever they can. Some will do five. Some will do many times that! Some will stop, watch for a minute, then end up joining in themselves.

Remember, it’s the pursuit of a common goal that brings people together.

And the beauty of this whole thing is how simple it is.
