Our sweet friend Journei was diagnosed with cancer in August last year 💔 A cancer diagnosis brings many emotions, stress, and hardship, so we wanted to bring Journei joy as she navigates this new chapter in her life 🎗️ She was so excited 🥺🥺 We surprised her with all of her favorite things, AND we took her to get a new wig in any style and color she loves the most!! 🥹 See the video of Journei finding her beautiful new wig on our page 💛

Our little friend Rubi has had a dream ever since she was first diagnosed with cancer... to be a police officer when she grows up! 🚔✨ @mama_mervy_rn

At Rubi’s first day in the hospital after being diagnosed, and through her 850 days of chemo and treatments, officers showed up to inspire Rubi to keep fighting, so that one day, she could grow up to make her dream come true. And guess what?? Rubi DID. 🥹🥳 Rubi has already locked up her first bad guy... CANCER! Rubi rang her bell in January and is experiencing an amazing new chapter of her life being cancer-FREE!!! 🔔💛 And we cannot wait to see Rubi’s dream come true one day 🥹

Our hearts were meltinggg with how thankful he was 🥺

Jake was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer called Stage 3 Ewing’s Sarcoma 😢 He was resilient and went through a long fight of chemo, surgery, and radiation. After treatment, Jake was announced cancer-free!!! But, unfortunately Jake relapsed last year and was fighting cancer for the second time 💔 Jake stayed strong however and beat cancers butt and rang his bell, making him cancer-FREE again!!!! 🥳🥳 We wanted to give Jake something to celebrate and surprised him with all of his favorite things 🥹🎁

Jake says that “Even though it’s been a tough journey, I’m grateful to be here and I want to keep spreading hope and awareness for other kids with cancer.”

Some people measure life by what they can see. Grayson measures it by what he can experience. 🥺

Grayson was born completely blind. 💔 He received his first cornea transplant at 4 months old and has had over 32 surgeries, 5 corneal transplants, and 4 shunt valve implants to help him see. Despite all of the challenges, Grayson has never stopped exuding joy and saying yes to life! 🧡✨ He reminds us that vision isn’t limited to eyesight. It’s perspective, courage, and choosing to live fully even when your journey might look different to everyone else’s. Because of this, he sees more than most ever will. 🥹 We are so proud of the person Grayson is today, and cannot wait to see what he accomplishes next!!!! @graysons_view

Cancer can’t take AJ’s joy!! 🧡🎗️ AJ was diagnosed with a tumor on his kidney in 2021. 5 years later, AJ is cancer-FREE and inspiring people all around the world with his story 🥹🥹

Did you see when we surprised our little friend, Greyson, with $500 to get his dream bike?? 👀🚲 Well today we surprised Grey and got him the perfect red bike he’s been wanting FOREVER!!! 🥺 He was beyondddd excited that his dream finally came true 🥹 Through all of the hardship he has faced with a brain bleed, a brain tumor, and autism, Greyson deserved a day to just be a kid riding a bike and having fun ❤️‍🩹 He’s going to be a pro in no time!!!!

[Support Grey with me, this is his moms cashapp: $KellsTee] His reaction had us all tearing up 🥹🥹 When Grey was born, he suffered a brain hemorrhage and a 4 day brain bleed. 😢 Fast forward to 18 months old, Grey had a seizure in his highchair that revealed a brain tumor. 💔 After 3 brain surgeries, they were able to remove the tumor! Unfortunately, that brain tumor came back during Covid and Greyson had to go through an entire year of constant chemo. 😪BUT! Grey’s brain tumor is now under control and he is able to have his childhood back!!!!! 🥹🥳

Both Grey and his momma were searching for something to bring them joy during this hard time, and they decided to try baking! Well now, they are a mother and son baking duo called “Grey’s Amazing Cakes”!!! 🎂✨ We learned about Greyson’s story when we met them in the park selling cakes to raise money for his dream... a bike!!! 🚲 We were so inspired by their story and surprised him with $500 to make his dream come true!!! Meet our little friend, Daniel 🧡

In 2023, a 4 centimeter mass was found in Daniel’s brain. After fighting hard through 2 brain surgeries, 6 weeks of radiation, and 6 months of chemotherapy, Daniel was announced cancer-free and got to ring his bell!

But recently, Daniel was admitted to the hospital with chest pain. After multiple tests, doctors believe he is now battling pericarditis, an inflammation around his heart. After everything his body has already endured, this is another unexpected hurdle 😢

At Dream Machine, we don’t just celebrate when the bell rings. We stand with families through the setbacks, the scary moments, and the chapters no one plans for. Daniel is strong and he has our Army of Love standing behind him!

2 years ago, Rubi and Charlie met in hospital as they both fought cancer together… they became best friends instantly 🥺

In June 2025, Charlee rang her bell and was declared cancer free!!! 🔔✨
Seven months later, in January 2026, Rubi kicked cancers butt and rang her bell too 😭🙌

They have been there for each other through every milestone, and now get to step into a brand new chapter together, both cancer-FREE!!!

Rubi was just five years old when she was diagnosed with stage 3 T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. After 850 days of chemo, endless strength, and so much bravery, she rang her bell on January 9, 2026 and officially said BYE to cancer!!!! 🥹🎗️

We are beyond proud of you, Rubi, and so honored to celebrate this huge milestone with you 😌 … Here’s to healing, happiness, and so many bright days ahead 💙💙💙
