Holidays 2023.Grateful for places and spaces where I can ground and re-center and the people that make them feel special.A Morro Bay Christmas with the parents 💕. A yoga retreat in Mexico with friends.I had no idea what I was saying yes to when I booked it, but somehow it was exactly what I needed. In additions to daily yoga and Satsangs, we did a traditional Temezcal ceremony — this is where you enter a mud hut with a pit in the center - the pit is filled with hot stones and then covered with sacred water creating an intense sweat lodge / steam room.Hot hot hot 🥵. We also did an ice plunge — I’m not sure how, but I survived 6 minutes without shivering.Dodging ice cubes the size of my head.I think the singing must havehelped 😉. I can recognize the value and utility for these kinds of micro-sucks that give us perspective and appreciation for the things that are truly meaningful.Taking all of this with me into the new year and officially ready for everything 2024 has in store ✨💫

Cheers!! A new decade. A new perspective. Another trip around the sun!! Here’s to prioritizing self-care, to living in the moment, to setting healthy boundaries, and to good friends and good food. Old enough to recognize I’ll always be a work in progress and young enough to still believe in the power of dreams. Forever evolving into the best version of myself 💕. (Thx @lro_senberg and @rchlnntt for 📷✨)

It’s an honor to be included in this list with so many friends, colleagues and industry leaders I admire. There are far too few female owned management companies and that’s a narrative I want to be a part of changing.Taking one ‘moonshot’ at a time. 🙏🙏

I spent the first day of 2020 on top of Machu Picchu - a bucket list moment, an inspired start to what was bound to be an epic year.I made a lot of grand plans for how 2020 was going to go on that trip.Needless to say, 2020 had other ideas... As I celebrate another trip around the sun, I still feel that hope and excitement I did on that mountain (despite everything insane in the world right now). Sometimes things have to break in order for better things to grow in their place 🌱. I’m learning to leave space for the unexpected and how to have grace in that process. 🙏 ❤️✨

Recently reminiscing about the last international trip I took earlier this year to the beautiful landscape that is Peru.As we contemplate the days / months ahead, it’s unclear if we’ll be able to travel as safely and freely as we did just a few months ago.I’ve always lived by the saying... you only regret the trips you don’t take - and how grateful I am today to be able to hold onto these memories. We started our trip in the second biggest city in Peru called Arequipa. We didn’t stay there long, but used it as a base for our a road trip out to an extraordinary mountain region called Colca Canyon. At parts this canyon is twice the depth of the Grand Canyon and one of the few places in the world you can spot a Condor in the wild. The area is full of lush breathtaking Incan terraces carved into mountain sides. We spent one night in the valley of the canyon an off the grid eco-lodge complete with hot springs.I was a complete tourist sucker every time I saw an alpaca... and this is Chocolate, a friend I made in a small town named Madrigal.I’m told they make wonderful pets.I’m rarely happier than when I am exploring a new country with old friends @sophieclarke02 @jesselbert. This is PART ONE of our trip... the first part ends with us getting stranded in Arequipa when our flight to Cusco cancelled on NYE and deciding last minute to take a ten hour overnight bus across the mountainous country.Spoiler alert - we made it in time for NYE in Cusco!

An incredible afternoon at the #seatatthetable event hosted by the founders of @re__social.I walked away thinking it’s not just about having a platform, it’s what you choose to do with it that matters. Are we calling out injustice? Are we spreading/sharing love and compassion, even for those that don’t share the same beliefs as you?How can we do better both as individuals and as a society? Can we all make a pledge to elevate and support each other on this journey?thank you thank you thank you for starting this conversation.Looking forward to continuing it... ❤️🙏🙏🏻🙏🏼🙏🏽🙏🏾🙏🏿❤️

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
