Introducing the EHX Big Muff Pi 2 with Tone Wicker | The Lost Muff Expanded!

The Big Muff 2 gets the Tone Wicker treatment! We’ve added some of our favorite tonal expanders to the dual op-amp Big Muff Circuit unearthed by Josh Scott in original Big Muff designer, Bob Myers garage. The Big Muff Pi 2 with Tone Wicker now features a TONE bypass switch for full-range fuzz fury and a Wicker switch that removes high-end filters for adding extra sizzle and clarity even when dialing in extra wooly tones. Featuring singing muff sustain and a signature mid-forward tone, the Tone Wicker unlocks gnarly new tones from the long-lost fuzz circuit.

Thirteen years and nearly 2.5 million views later, the video continues to impress an audience of music lovers, technology buffs and DIY enthusiasts worldwide.

Jack is also one half of the band Pomplamoose, along with his wife Nataly Dawn, and a multi-talented instrumentalist, singer-songwriter. Be sure to check out Pomplamoose on their North American summer 2026 tour.
