The best hotel owners, managers, tour guides, cruise line executives and top advisors converged in Rio to push limits and rethink the way we work with clients.

To put those skills to the test, we recreated a Mission Impossible experience through the city. A game show at the Museum of Tomorrow. A client carnival inside the warehouse where Rio’s carnival floats are made. Every stop challenged advisors and partners to dive deeper, look behind the ask, get more personal and become true tastemakers in their clients’ lives.

It all ended atop Sugarloaf, making real commitments to reinvent the way we work before AI agents take our clients away.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
