I write a lot about what hurts but really wanted a chance to write about what I hope for, what I want to remind myself.

Forever grateful to have created it with @jordancritz who made everything more beautiful and did it with such integrity.

I hope you go inward and find out it’s going to be alright maybe even miraculous, hope I do the same.

A CHANCE TO LOVE EVERYTHING is out now. This project came out of a forced stillness, I was sick and didn’t know why - spending up to 6 weeks at time being so dizzy all I could do was watch the light change. It went on for over a year and at first it was a chance to dislike everything, feel sorry for myself and feel anger like I haven’t before but through the nothingness, and not being believed and not knowing what was happening it got so quiet I started to notice stories asking for my attention, for healing. These songs are mostly those stories and looking back (a year dizzy free) it was a chance to love everything. I met a new edge and I think I’m grateful that lol

I’m wrapping a ribbon around these songs and that time today 🎀 I hope there’s something in it for you, if nothing else, maybe an invitation to try and love what is
