I had the pleasure of joining the team from Outside Television to produce and direct an episode of their hit show "The Road Less Eaten With Biju Thomas."
I was thrilled to find out that the episode would center around southern Arizona. I've always loved the desert and especially the Sky Islands near the borderlands.
Some highlights include watching a gravel mountain bike race, hearing a killer Grateful Dead cover band, watching homemade mole being made, perfect steaks, an incredible chocolate tart made with mesquite flour crust, and a fascinating tour through Mission Gardens. guided by an ethnobotanist.
I also saw a wild coati! (though I didn't get a picture of it)
Great job done by the post team, turning our four days of footage into a packed 22 minutes.
