Anicka Yi's first large-scale outdoor project, Message from the Mud, on view at Storm King Art Center.

Anicka Yi: Message from the Mud
May 17 – November 9, 2026
Anicka Yi's installation at Storm King, Message from the Mud, the artist's first large-scale outdoor project, is arranged like an archaeological dig, inviting viewers to engage with concepts of deep geological time and evolutionary history through the lens of "prehistoric biofiction." This term refers to an imaginative approach to the early history of the planet, using scientific data as a jumping-off point, to envision what life might have looked like if different evolutionary histories had taken course, and what it could look like in possible futures.

On view at Frieze New York: Anri Sala’s Body Double in the Doldrums (2025)
Body Double in the Doldrums is a sculptural work with an integral sound component, the piece consists of a snare drum with built-in speakers. The sound looped on these hidden speakers makes the drumhead vibrate. This vibration, in turn, sets the drumsticks that rest on the drum in motion. Taking the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD as a sonic point of departure, the nine-minute soundtrack is suggestive of an earthquake, distant rumbles, winds and danger, lower frequencies of a wind instrument cross light higher tones. Hovering between lament and warning, the musical score is unsettling yet consoling, timeless while ancient, melancholic–and harmonic.

On view: Karin Sander's coordinates, as part of Various Others, Munich:
📍EYES ONLY, Munich
Opening: Friday, May 15, 2026, 6pm - 9pm
Through July 18, 2026
Characteristic of Sander's conceptual practice is that the work is essentially a tautology; the title of the work also designates the place where it is installed and forms its only visual manifestation: signs on the walls or windows indicate the coordinates of the location. The work is radically site-specific, as it cannot exist outside this one place without changing its appearance. At the same time, it is infinitely adaptable: When it is installed in a new location, its signs change, indicating its new geopositioning.

Lee Bae is best known for his striking adoption of charcoal as his primary means of expression, turning the material into a versatile instrument.
At Frieze New York we present two works: cast in bronze, a Brushstroke sculpture captures the fluidity and texture of Lee Bae’s ink-wash paintings. The wall-mounted Issu Du Feu is a mosaic-like arrangement constructed from hundreds of charcoal shards. Its shimmering surface reveals wood grain and growth rings shaped by nature and time, refracting light at multiple angles.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
