The video above is my attempt to capture the process of creating a linocut as I personally experience it.
This project was inspired by Tammy's song, "Rain and Tears" (the Greek version of the original by Aphrodite’s Child).
Both the linocut and this video are dedicated to the cherished memory of my lovely grandmother, Antigoni Hatzopoulou.

First time trying wood engraving and it feels great!
This has been a goal of mine since my university years, and now, with an Ex Libris Competition as the occasion, I finally decided to try it.
As a relief printmaking technique, wood engraving works similarly to other relief methods, but I've found it more challenging. However, it allows for finer lines and incredible detail.
Loving the process and the results so far!

It has been a month since I returned from Dresden.
During my four-week artist residency at Grafikwerkstatt, I had the privilege of connecting with kind and exceptionally talented individuals, while also expanding my artistic horizons through the exploration of new techniques, new to me, such as algraphy.
Heartfelt thanks to the workshop's skilled masters—Peter, Udo and Torsten—for their invaluable assistance and attention. Gratitude also extends to the co-resident artists @astaleksandranorkute @cecile.petry and @ioannis_anasta whose company made the stay truly enjoyable.
Fortunately, having Ioannis as a good friend spared me the need for photographer.
I hope to have the chance to return to this enchanting place soon.

" Personal business card "
" Silkscreen on handmade paper "
During my time in Wroclaw, my talented friend Majka introduced me to her handmade papers made of plants, which are perfect for any kind of print. Inspired by their quality, I decided to print my own business cards for the very first time.
Majka's work is truly exceptional, and I wholeheartedly support her craftsmanship.
Be sure to check out @plantispaper to explore more of her incredible work!

" Linocut, 9x9cm "
As much as I've enjoyed creating small format linocuts this year, I'm excited to challenge myself with larger projects. This may be the last of my small format works for the foreseeable future.

Some months ago, I found a nipping press at an antiques shop and purchased it impulsively. Although the name Quality D is embossed on the bottom, it's possible that the press could be a replica. What matters most to me is that I enjoyed restoring it and that it's in proper working order.

A close-up photo of the previous work I uploaded would be helpful. Including a ruler in the photo would make it easier to understand the scale of the details.

" Linocut, 10x10cm "
This linocut is based on a neglected corner of our kitchen garden. It is a quite big place full of farming implements, agricultural equipment, domestic animals, and a lot of other stuff. Some of these items include a custom tractor cab, suction hoses, chicken wire, and an almost abandoned plough. This is my attempt to combine all of them into a small-sized artwork.

These prints will be the first ones to be combined with serigraphy. I usually work with different matrices but I think it is time for me to step out of my comfort zone and try something new.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
