Tokyo (late October-early November, 2025)
FUTO. A cafe and eatery where you can write a letter to yourself and they will send it to you one year from the day you write it. A wall of letters waiting to be sent.
The Smokist Coffee. Smoking in public is illegal in Tokyo. You have to find a designated smoking area or a place like The Smokist Coffee. If you know me well you can probably see me, plain as day, in the burgundy and browns of cafe, mulling it all over with black coffee in one hand and a cigarette in the other.

Tokyo (late October-early November, 2025)
I spent the morning bouncing around Shimokitazawa, perusing the small vintage boutiques the area is known for. The next stop was Shinjuku but, as it was bound to happen, I took the express train the wrong direction. “Express”, in sprawling Tokyo, means something very different than the express we know in New York. The train ran at full speed for about 12 minutes, and landed me about 8 miles away from where I was prior. I got off at the first stop I could and decided I may as well walk around. I’d landed in the peaceful, mostly residential, neighborhood of Noborito. I looked on my map and found a park that wasn’t too far from the station, Ikuta Ryokuchi Park. I traversed a large hill, passing by the fungi and foliage you see above, and at the top was a small 3 story building. I took the elevator up and was met by an elderly gentleman who, though he knew a very little English, shared with me that the view is of all of Tokyo. I thanked him profusely, as my goal that day had been to find a great skyline view. The elderly man went on to do the same for two other young travelers.

What is a mountain? What is a mountain with a war on one side and a school on the other?
What is a mountain seen as “quite the view” to some and a protector, a safe guard, or a shield to many? Who are the students of the school? Where will they go when they graduate if home is where the war is?
There’s no shortage of two-sided mountains, deserts, or valleys in our world today. So for every range, we recognize both sides but only uplift the side that nourishes, and does not bereave, the children.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
