Favorite Obsession je shoegaze dreampop trio z Mostu. Jejich debutové album “Bliss“ získalo uznání kritiků díky propojení zasněného vintage zvuku, citové otevřenosti a společensky angažovaných témat. Můžete se těšit na niterné osobní výpovědi, lásku, queerness i nějaké to píchnutí si do politiky. S jejich hudbou se publikum ocitá v jiném světě – zasněném, hluboce lidském a katarzním. 27. 5. ✶ Šeptej nahlas: Favorite Obsession ⭐️
Na křtu knihy Šeptej nahlas, v níž o historii českého shoegazeu píše hudební novinář Miloš Hroch, zahrají taky Favorite Obsession.
V tvorbě mostecké kapely se potkává atmosférický dream pop s shoegazeovými kytarami a zastřeným melancholickým rukopisem. Na své EP Sad Disco z roku 2021 letos navazují debutovým albem Bliss, které nahráli ve studiu Golden Hive. Naživo jejich hudba nepůsobí jako koncert, ale spíš jako prchavá vzpomínka — plná nostalgie, emocí a doznívající ještě dlouho po posledním tónu.
