Auf und hinter der Bühne haben wir die letzten Jahre 'Feministische Führung' probiert und Workshops dazu entwickelt. Jetzt sind wir am 9. und 10. Juni beim PAP mit dem Workshop 'Feministische Führung in den Künsten'. Mit Katja Sonnemann und Sophia Stepf. Gerne anmelden und weitersagen.

Flinn Works sucht Künstlerische Mitarbeit in Berlin

Für unseren Feministischen Leaderabend in Berlin suchen wir eine Künstlerische Mitarbeit, die folgendes mitbringt:

· Erfahrung in der freien Szene der Darstellenden Künste oder dem Stadttheater
· Erfahrung im Regiebuch führen (mit Cues) und Arbeiten in Google Docs
· Fähigkeit eigenverantwortlich in flachen Hierarchien zu arbeiten
· Talent für Logistik und Organisation
· Flexibilität und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
· Musikalische Kenntnisse von Vorteil
· Führerschein (und ggf. Bereitschaft Sprinter zu fahren)
· Standort Berlin

Aufgaben
· Kommunikation mit künstlerischem Team, Spiel- und Probenorten, sowie Technik-Team
· Organisation der Proben
· Regiebuch führen (Anpassung einer bestehenden Vorlage bei laufenden Proben)
· Schnittstelle zur Produktionsleitung
· Nach Bedarf einzelne Besorgungen für Technik/Bühne
· Vorstellungsbetreuung

Vergütung: nach Absprache

Zeiten: Vorbereitung: ein Meeting zwischen dem 26.- 28.5.26, ab da punktuelle Koordination der Vorproben im September (insgesamt maximal 6 Stunden)
Anwesenheit Proben: 23.9. - 4.10.26 und 26.11.- 7.12.2026
Vorstellungen Sophiensæle Festsaal: 7.-10.12.2026

Opening 'Oh Man' in Aarau

Oh Man! explores the place of privileged men within feminism—seen through German/Swiss, Rwandan, and Indian lenses. Three artistic teams in three different countries have created performances on the same question. In Oh Man!, these works meet, overlap, and challenge one another across borders.

Patriarchy wounds not only women, but men as well. What happens when a man begins to see this clearly? How does he step onto a stage once he recognizes his own entanglement in the system that has shaped him?

On an empty stage, with nothing but a microphone, Johannes Dullin and Lisa Stepf move through awkward jokes, stark statistics and suppressed emotions. Their live presence is interrupted, echoed, and reframed by video excerpts from the Rwandan dance performance 'Kalinga' and the Indian audition-performance 'Full-Frontal'.

Together, these voices form a shifting, multi-perspective kaleidoscope—revealing the tensions between feminist demands, nice men and performative masculinity.
