Out Now: @vulvavoce is a band that looks like a string quartet but loves to break the conventions that come with the format. The new single "Flotterstone" is their ode to the great outdoors; the healing power of nature in dark and stressful times - and couldn't be more timely. While this genre-defying all-female band take influences from classical through to techno, funk, jazz and beyond, the mood on the new single is distinctly folky, with pastoral strings giving way to a lovely a capella section.

Autoleisureland is a project by David Brewis and Paul Woods, two founding members ofsuccessful and highly-acclaimed British 80s hitmakers @thekanegang

Woods and Brewis are part of the trio, also featuring their friend Martin Brammer, they notched several British and European hits, including Closest Thing To Heaven, Respect Yourself and Gun Law, also scoring a US Top 40 pop hit with Motortown,and a US dance No 1 with Don’t Look Any Further.

Vocalist Paul and multi-instrumentalist David built up a loyal following with their debut album Infiniti Drive and now they have announced their sophomore effort New Road Movie, which is set for release in 2026 on the esteemed Last Night From Glasgow label.

The single All The World Over was inspired by Italian musicians who performed on balconies to raise spirits during the Covid lockdown, and showcases the duo's brand of sophistipop and their way with a killer chorus.

"Sonically, it feels like I have a meme of Spider-Man pointing at each other in my ears. There is nothing to be surprised about, because the same people are behind the new product.
