Thanks to Duke Student Affairs for its myriad support leading up to and during the festival—including developing our digital tickets in 2026 and staffing our new help desk. And thanks (as always) to our colleagues in the Duke University Box Office and Venue & Production Management for the time and care they take to ensure our attendees have the smoothest possible festival experience!

How many times did you see this year’s trailer? Tell us in the comments! (We’re genuinely curious!)
The 2026 trailer was created by Horizon Productions and tells the story of the role sponsors play in building the festival. We love the flickering golden dust and the blocks’ warm glow, and the sound design is pretty magical.
Thank you, @_horizonvp!

Creating a space where people can gather in shared support of the arts is our passion. We’re so thankful for the A.J. Fletcher Foundation’s multi-year commitment to Full Frame, which makes it possible to bring these spaces into being each spring.

The Full Frame Fellows program invites college students from across the region to partake in all the festival has to offer. Plus, they enjoy a very special perk—Master Classes with leading documentary filmmakers. Director Sam Green, whose film THE OLDEST PERSON IN THE WORLD was Full Frame’s 2026 Opening Night Film, led one of this year’s sessions.
Learn more about the program under the “Education” tab at fullframefest.org!
We’d like to thank our long-time sponsor @saladeliacafe + @madhatterdurham for nourishing our Fellows and staff (and keeping our patrons caffeinated!) throughout the festival. 🥪 🍪 ☕️

Full Frame’s Friday night Filmmaker Party invites documentarians to gather, mingle, and get excited for the weekend. It is so much fun to see filmmakers and film participants make connections (or reconnect with old friends) at this annual event!

Full Frame’s Speakeasy Conversation series takes place at The Durham Hotel on Friday and Saturday of every festival. The Durham Hotel feels like the city’s living room, making it the perfect place for this informal series that’s free and open to the public.
Jameka Autry, who produced TIME AND WATER, and Amir Bar-Lev, the director of THE LAST FIRST: WINTER K2, teamed up to host one of the four Speakeasies, “Filmmaker vs Filmmaker: Only One Shall Survive.” Contrary to the title, the conversation focused on supporting one another and cultivating power in the documentary community.

How amazing is it that the entirety of Full Frame takes place across just a couple city blocks?
There is a lot to see and experience at Full Frame, and we’re grateful for the sponsorship of the Durham Marriott City Center, which puts our guests in the middle of the festival action.

Full Frame's volunteers make our festival possible by contributing their time and diverse talents. They manage venues, distribute passes, scan tickets, capture photo and video, and set up and break down every part of the festival landscape, among many other jobs. If you spot a gold-colored Full Frame shirt around Durham in the coming year, give the person wearing it a high five and a "thank you"— we couldn't have a festival without our volunteers!
We are thankful for The Forest at Duke’s sponsorship of our Volunteer Team.

@americandoctorfilm at @fullframefestLast weekend, American Doctor received two awards at the Full Frame Film Festival!
The film received the Tom Rankin Audience Award and an honorable mention for the Kathleen Bryan Edwards Award for Human Rights. Congrats to the entire American Doctor team and a big thank you to the audiences at Full Frame.
And I’d like to add a special personal thank you to the Full Frame Film Festival - a festival that is near and dear to my heart. The many years I have attended, the films I have seen, and the people I have met along the way, have been formative for me in my career as an editor. Thank you.

Our free Closing Night Film in 2026 was I WAS BORN THIS WAY, by Sam Pollard and Daniel Junge. The directors joined Festival Co-Director and Artistic Director Sadie Tillery for a post-screening conversation about the film. It was lovely to end the 2026 festival with a message about creating positive change.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
