No one likes an unflattering photo or painting of themselves, which is why I went in a different direction for my official portrait. I’ve always been proud to support Colorado art, and this portrait was an exciting opportunity to do exactly that while embedding my image into the fabric of Colorado's history. I’m proud of the final product and want to thank the artists for their artistic vision, and personally feel that I have never looked better.

Rising gas prices are driving up costs for families across the country as Trump’s war in Iran continues.

While Colorado gas prices remain below the national average, higher costs are squeezing commuters, truckers, rideshare drivers, and working families already stretching every dollar. Reducing costs for Coloradans remains a top priority for my administration, and our actions actually match our promises.

I was honored to meet with the group working to reconnect Colorado families with the memories of 80 Colorado soldiers buried at the Netherlands American Cemetery in Margraten.
Since 1946, Dutch families have lovingly adopted the gravesites of thousands of American soldiers, visiting them, caring for their stories, and passing that responsibility from one generation to the next.

This project is a powerful reminder that service and sacrifice are never forgotten, and we hope to help find more descendants here in Colorado so these families across the ocean can be connected.
