5 objects. 100+ years of Hart House history.

We revisited the 100 Years, 100 Objects archive — originally created for Hart House’s 100th anniversary in 2019 — and pulled a few pieces we thought were especially cool to look back on. 👀

The sun’s out, the vibes are up and our patio is officially open. Grab a seat for lunch, coffee or a well-earned break between work or class.

Come for the food, stay for the sunshine. ☀️

The future of fitness leadership should reflect the people moving through our communities every day.

The Hart House Group Fitness Mentorship Program is creating pathways for youth who haven’t always seen themselves represented in these spaces — helping the next generation of instructors, leaders and changemakers step confidently into the world of fitness and wellness.

Participants will receive group fitness instructor certification, hands-on mentorship and a stipend for their commitment.

Learn more about the program and apply by May 24 at the link in bio.

Our final #HartHouseInFrame feature is Pascale, Manager, Event Services at Hart House.

Pascale first discovered Hart House as a student, coming weekly to use the fitness centre, grab food at the cafe and spend time in the library.

Today, she works behind the scenes with colleagues, students, and the broader community to bring spaces to life and create experiences people can be part of.

For Pascale, it’s a place where people come together — whether to connect, try something new or simply spend time on campus.

A space shaped by the people in it.

We hope you’ve enjoyed our 2025–26 #HartHouseInFrame series. Stay tuned for what’s coming this fall.

Some places stay with you long after graduation. For this #UofT alum, Hart House is still one of those places they find themselves coming back to — for a coffee, a workout, a quiet moment and the feeling of being home on campus again.

From student life to alumni life, some connections last. What Hart House spot do you always come back to?

Our esteemed Canadian music educator, Dr. Francesca D’Amico-Cuthbert, spreads Hip-Hop scholarship beyond national borders, teaching a course on women in this genre at one of America’s most prestigious institutions of higher learning.

The course reflects a growing curiosity about Hip-Hop culture, its history and significance; a burgeoning interest in women in this field; as well as the success of the Hart House Hip-Hop Education Program.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
