last run of the year, feeling extra grateful. a few months ago, It didn't feel like I would ever run without fear of further injury ever again (dramatic I know, brains are drama queens). my injury in April took way longer to heal than I expected, and I was in a bad place mentally - running is my meditation. truly grateful for two strong, working legs and feet.
