Yesterday felt heavy, but I showed up anyway to @maddibulloch class at @thestudionorthmtp. Best decision. 16 classes in since starting again, and yesterday’s Michael Jackson groove was everything 🔥
This year has been heavier than I expected - emotional in ways I didn’t clearly see coming. It feels like shedding old layers, carrying more than I’m used to at the moment, but still moving forward. Staying true to who I am, without losing faith in myself or in people 🤍
