MISUSE OF DELEGATED AUTHORITY!

Individuals in real and present mental health crisis are shot dead in the street by police.Those with a history of mental health problems are left to roam the streets, homeless in make-shift sidewalk cubbies while police carelessly walk by. Amidst all of this abuse and neglect, a person who clearly is in no state of psychosis is certified a mental health threat during a cafe encounter with a medical professional in the absence of a psych evaluation.

Instead of utilizing their discretionary authority to further investigate whether there is an immediate need to detain and hospitalize this man, police in this video appeared to be poised to jump at the opportunity to impose power and control over the driver.

Think about how dangerous to the public an alcoholic would be walking the streets with a gun… Multiply that times 10 and that is how dangerous a person is when he’s drunk off of power and carrying a gun.

Powerholic: “The thoughtless or mindless use of power driven by the mental and emotional need to satisfy an uncontrollable urge to dominate and control others.” 🤔Yeah, I think I’ll add this one to my vocabulary as a new word!

A LESSON IN FAILED POLICE PROCEDURE!

The car was obviously registered to a male who had a warrant. The officer knew no one else was in the car and the person driving was female. At that point, officer safety was the only concern.First wrong move… searching the bag. Once the officer had the bag under his control, there was no threat coming from anything that may be in the bag and, therefore, no legal reason to search it. He needed a warrant. The search was illegal.

The second thing wrong. He moved to arrest the person for reasons apparently based on something he saw in the bag. Now both the search and the arrest is illegal (fruits of the poisonous tree).

The real jaw-dropper here is that “fruits of the poisonous tree” may prevent a prosecutor from introducing any of what is seen in this video that occurred after the search of the bag.

This woman, if she’s apprehended without a police bullet to the head, may have committed a crime that cannot be prosecuted. Why, you ask??? Our system of justice is, when working correctly, designed to deter police illegality with the threat of losing cases.

It is designed to protect the innocent by deterring conduct that, if gone unchecked, will begin to be used against people who’ve done nothing wrong!!! In other words, if police does some illegal shit associated with seizing evidence, then that evidence will be thrown out of court and possibly all other evidence that happened or was discovered as a result.

In that respect… KUDOS TO THE US CONSTITUTION!!!

I wish you were here mom!!! It’s not that you’re gone… Even if I had the power to bring you back, I would never rob you of your glory in heaven… Its the loneliness thats hard to navigate. I miss you and love you… Happy Mother’s Day! 🙏🏾

Yeah, we can hear that shots are being fired. We can see that you shot a man in the back while he was walking away and that you continued to shoot him while he was down, until he was dead!

So, tell us something we don’t know. Tell us why, when you execute a man with his back turned walking away from you, in the street, like he was a rabid animal, you shouldn’t face the same fate?!!!

Our system of justice demands that you’re innocent until proven guilty and that no man should be punished for his crimes, except in a court of law after being found guilty by a judge or jury…

But when you see police murdering a man in cold blood like what’s depicted in this video, it makes you feel like someone is lying to you about what justice really means. It makes you question the true purpose behind policing!

It wakes you up to the recognition of BS you been conditioned to believe all your life!!! 🤔

THE FAILURE OF HUMANITY!

This is one of the most tragic examples of sociopathic behavior I’ve ever seen in another human being.

The actions of this woman is not just elder abuse and neglect, it is an example of a failed society!We are all responsible for the health and welfare of the meek and sickly, especially when they’ve become a victim to the aging process! We pay taxes to prevent or mitigate the chances of this happening…

I could NEVER imagine anyone, especially the people I care about going through this in their old age. When you see people capable of treating the elderly in this manner, your first instinct is a baseball bat to the head! But the better and more productive response is to do exactly what this man who tried to help did…

Get involved and publicly call out and expose the abuser!

Everything you see in this video, including the kicks to the face after the guy is subdued, is a reflection of what these officers are trained to do. American police academies are paramilitary organizations that are trained specifically for domestic terrorism.

The Civil Rights Acts have already been gutted with immunity infusions, rendering the United States Constitution as this country’s last stand against institutionalized domestic terrorism.

Unfortunately our constitution and accountability apparatus has lost its respect from law enforcement because the government ensures police, that tax payer dollars will cover the cost of their insurrection against its own people!

Why do you think the brutality is not stopping and the presence of cameras has no meaning??? 🤔

WHEN YOU’RE NOT BUILT FOR THE JOB!

I’ve gotten into a heated exchange with my adversary only once… After he deliberately lied on me in an attempt to keep my client in jail, both my respect for him and my gloves went out of the window…

The most dangerous person to the civil and human rights of others is a prosecutor without integrity or honor.But the most dangerous person to the profession is one who does not belong there…

There is a way to disagree with a court and there are avenues in place to pursue those grievances. The avenue that this lawyer took is not only reprehensible, it mocks the foundation of the rules of conduct a lawyer swears to uphold adhere to—in essence, he’s shitted in his own diaper, leaving the client to clean up the mess!

The significance of this video is not police action or the prayers depicting that Donald Trump is this man’s lord and savior…

The significance of this video is in the example of what happens to those who believe in a false prophet!!!

Clearly salvation NEVER came for this man, especially since he sought it from one who was incapable of providing it!

COPS AND ROBBERS IS A DANGEROUS GAME!

Choosing the streets is like choosing sides. The wrong side can get you hurt or killed. However, the real danger is that injury or death could be waiting on either side. If police think you’re on the wrong side, it could get you killed. If homie think you on the wrong side, it can get you killed. The streets have no loyalty and no remorse…

The moral of the story?Stay away from police and GET YOUR AZZ OUT THEM STREETS!

CASUALTIES OF WAR!

The casualties and complexities of war does not escape me.Understanding the emotional devastation as a child watching my father go off to war while my mother cried as her parents tried to console her. Living in Germany at the end of that country’s first twenty years of reconstruction after WWII. Seeing the loss of life play out in families whose sons never returned from the battlefield…

I understand why people who’ve never seen battle in their lives—who literally ran and hid from it—have no problem sending other people’s children off to kill and be killed. But what I don’t understand—what escapes all levels of my intellect and ingenuity—is how another human being can allow his or herself to be bamboozled into believing that this war in Iran and the loss of life there is justifiable…

Masses of people are convinced that one propaganda news channel is more authentic than the other without realizing that ALL of them are lying to you.They abandon their humanity and empathy because some news channel is signaling it’s the right thing to do. They know nothing based upon their own personal knowledge, yet, are willing to allow their ignorance to support death and destruction.

They have turned against their brother, their neighbor and their friend in favor of war that makes their lives no better or safer. They will live and die no better off (and probably worse off) than they were before their indoctrination.

This CIVIL WAR mentality, where people are willing to kill their brother or to support the killing of masses of innocent people in order to protect or preserve an ideology that is approaching an inevitable unstoppable demise, escape me intellectually!

How is it that masses of people are convinced to become fanatical tools of self-destruction and division against their own interest, both at home and abroad???

I’m so confused!!! 🤔

HUMAN “CRASH DUMMY” TRAINING!

Whether it be shoot to kill or take-down training maneuvers, police see the civilian population as “crash dummies—a way to turn their fantasy of engaging their training with a live target into a reality.

The sickness is a pandemic!!!

FINALLY, THE ANSWER!

While watching this video (and laughing my azz off), it hit me… The answer to the question as to what is the root cause of police corruption—the audacity to think they walk as God—with the omnipotent ability to kill, mame, slaughter, steal, cheat and lie without consequence. THE ANSWER…. These are people with the mind, disposition, thinking skills and emotional intelligence of a toddler, trapped in an adult’s body!!! 🤔

Maybe I’m a little off with this analogy… What do you guys think.
