Well, I gave it my everything.

Feeling so blessed to be walking away with second and some broken teeth. Thank you everyone who supported me from AZ, @cib_phoenix and to all the skaters who we're putting their heart and soul into that ramp. @moxirollerskates @bladingcup did a wonderful job at putting it on. I'm a little upset that I didn't land it but just know, I'll definitely be back in spring to try again.

Finally progressing

After 4 months of hardly any skating and a year of minimal effort, I can finally say that I am enjoying skating again. This was the first time in almost a year, I have learned something new.

This post is quite out of the ordinary for me as it's not any big gaps or insane but that's okay. Just happy to be moving forward.

3 Years on Skates

I'll be the first to admit. Sometimes I get so caught up in the destination that I forget about the journey. It's important to enjoy the little moments in between. Don't get me wrong. Landing a trick after you've spent hours of blood, sweat and tears in attempts is one of the greatest feelings but just being around like-minded people who find joy and something that you also love to do means more than any trick you'll ever land.

That's what these last 12 months have shown me
