Yesterday at CPH:DOX I saw BECOMING EMA by Patricia Drati. It’s a super beautiful and skilful portrait of a woman and her struggle to become herself. I could deeply relate to it. The story was told gently, softly but with a creeping urgency and inner drama.
Lots to talk about after the film!

Det hele væves sammen af hovedpersonen Luba, der selv har lavet små vidunderlige stop-motion sekvenser til nogle af sine barndomsminder i Uganda.
