John Michael Kohler Arts Center
Discover the John Michael Kohler Arts Center and the Art Preserve. Two unique, always-free destinations for art, creativity, and connection.
The John Michael Kohler Arts Center and @Kohler Co. are thrilled to announce the 12 artists selected for the 2026 Arts/Industry residency! 🎉
Since 1974, Arts/Industry has been a forum for creative exchange, welcoming more than 600 artists to the Kohler Co. factories to advance their practices in ceramics and metalwork. This competitive three-month program invites artists to experiment with industrial materials and techniques, creating ambitious new works in ceramic, cast iron, and brass.
This year’s Arts/Industry residents bring together diverse perspectives and practices from across the globe. The 2026 cohort includes: @AbigailLucien, @AnaBuitragoh, @AnnieDuncan_, @BenEGould, @ChaseCBarney, @Malikta.Esther, @FunlolaCoker, @Jason_S_Yi, @MoonJiha, @LouisCharlesDionne, @Michelle.S.Im, and @Sharif5.
Learn more about the program at the link in bio, and stay tuned throughout the week as we introduce each of the 2026 Arts/Industry cohorts here on @JMKAC’s profile.

For more than 20 years, the National Endowment for the Arts has been a firm supporter of community arts projects and public art in Sheboygan, providing the John Michael Kohler Arts Center over $1 million in funding. We were informed that due to a shift in agency priorities set by the current administration, funding that the NEA had already pledged to host acclaimed artist and musician Lonnie Holley (@LonnieHolleysUniverse) for a residency at JMKAC is now being withdrawn.
Art that you experience here in Sheboygan every day is being targeted, and we need your help.

Grottoes like these can be found all throughout the state and the Midwest! I never knew Wisconsin was home to so many of these unique sites.
Grotto architecture is mainly comprised of concrete and embellished with objects like shells, marbles, colored glass, toys, figurines, fossils, and geodes.
The John Michael Kohler Arts Center (@JMKAC) in Sheboygan, Wisconsin is the only institution in the world that collects artist-built and artist home-based environments. “A Beautiful Experience: The Midwest Grotto Tradition” is currently on view through May 10th, 2026 and explores the regional tradition of hand-built grottoes.
Pictured in the video:

📍Fred Smith Concrete Park | Phillips, Wisconsin
Head over to the link in my bio to see a map of all these unique grotto locations! (Click ‘View the Handout’ on the JMKAC webpage)

#OpeningSoon ✨ | Guadalupe Maravilla with Emery Blagdon: The star exploding in the body
This exhibition brings together, for the first time, the work of Emery Blagdon and Guadalupe Maravilla—two artists devoted to healing through art.
Blagdon’s "Healing Machine" channels unseen energies through handmade materials, while Maravilla’s sculptures and sound-based "Disease Throwers" draw from his migration story and Indigenous practices.
JMKAC will bring together these two bodies of work. Central to the exhibition will be Maravilla’s Mariposa Relámpago, a school bus that has been reimagined as a healing temple. Throughout the exhibition, the healing machines will be activated by Maravilla and various other healers, playing the sculptures to turn on and amplify the energy in the gallery—transforming the space into an immersive healing environment.
Simultaneously, a selection of Maravilla’s Disease Throwers will be installed with elements of Blagdon’s “Healing Machine” at the Art Preserve.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
