I recently photographed the key art for HBO/Max’s new film Mountainhead in Park City Utah. We had the unique problem of having too much space on a soundstage so it was fun to make a little studio world to contain things. You haven’t lived until you’ve seen @husskatz tape together two 12’ seamless papers to make a 24’ wide grey backdrop and floor to shoot (and sharpie) on. It was also fun to hand phone-sized LED panels to the subjects and let them provide their own fill. Haven’t watched the film yet but it sounds like a dystopian tech romp- timely!
