Here is the tutorial for the spinning carousel, I tried my best to write the instructions as clear as I could you’ll know my English it’s not the best 😅💜🎠 but you can always let me know if you have any questions. Also all supplies are linked in my bio under my Amazon storefront .

Supplies:
Scrapbook paper or card stock
Foam core
Wooden dowels 3/16 diameter
Scissors
Hot glue
Craft knife
Miniature horse figurines
Lace ribbon

Step 1: Trace and cut two circles out of card stock. The smaller of the two will be used at the base and it has to be the size of the cake and the larger will be the roof and 1 inch bigger that the smaller.

Step 2: Out of foam core, trace and cut two of the smaller circles and at the circle’s center cut a small X with your craft knife

Step 3: On the small card stock circle, cut a x in the center to match the foam core circle you just cut. Use the glue stick to attach the small card stock and one foam core together.

Step 4: Cut a slit to the center of large card stock circle. Form a cone roof – try to have the bottom edge of the roof match the size of the smaller circle. Once happy with the cone roof, hot glue in place.

Step 5: cut a wooden dowel the size you preferred and Stick the wooden dowel into the center X hole of the small card stock and the 2 foam core circles. On the underside of the circle, hot glue around the straw keeping it flush with the foam core. the top circle should be able to spin.

Step 6: Use hot glue to attach dowels to the horses’ bellies. It’s important to keep the dowels the same length as their legs so the horses can still stand up evenly

Step 7: cut dowels for the back of the horses and Hot glue these dowels on the horses’ backs, lining them up with the dowels under their bellies.

Step 8: apply dabs of hot glue to the tops of all the dowels, Place the roof on top and through the center dowel to attach and let dry.
Step 9: Use the card stock to make a miniature flag for the top of the carousel.
Step 10: add lace ribbon to the top roof (optional
