John, Tom and Anna are the partners behind EPIKOS Wellbeing: a performance consultancy focused on improving workplace culture and strengthening teamwork.

We’re looking to work with businesses up and down the country, to bring a more human approach to performance.

Our team…

🏆 Three-time Olympian and middle-distance runner John Mayock, is based between Kent and London, and brings his elite sporting insight and corporate wellbeing expertise.

🏑 Tom Fletcher-Wilson is an entrepreneur and national hockey champion, based in London, with a background in business development, organisational design and performance strategy.

⚖️ Anna Hodgson recently joined the leadership team as Communications Director and women’s health lead. She’s based in Newcastle, is well versed in team management and juggling multiple priorities (as a Libra – she’s always trying to find the right balance!).

Ricky was a firefighter for 16 years before he attended the Grenfell Tower fire in June 2017. After the disaster, he was diagnosed with PTSD.

Ricky is now one of our ambassadors – working to start conversations about mental health among our emergency responders.
