I’m going to call this “The greatest half-marathon in the world.”

21.16km of iconic ridge running through the Swiss mountains.

This is the style of running I would like to shift towards more and more. A mission that had the same excitement as a race, but with 0.001% of the people. Staring out the window of the bus, it felt very similar to races where runners are transported to the start line. Except this time, it was just @master_goodvibe and I, some hikers, and a few mountain bike riders.

I wanted to run this ridge because I found it inspiring, challenging, and straight-up beautiful. On top of that, I wanted to share it with someone who loved trails as much as I do.

Some notes from the trail:
- If you’re training for something, it means there will be an end. When you run from a place of love and curiosity, there is no end.
- If you’re scared, sing. It overrides the part of the brain where fear lives (and talks.)
- Share big experiences.
- If someone agrees to run/adventure with you, don’t say “Sorry” if you feel slow. They agreed to be there. It’s a journey to share. You have time. It’s not a race.

I’m looking forward to watching more runners shift towards “experiential running” in the years to come.

What a day.

If it looks like I’m a long way off the ground, it’s because I am. 😅 🧗‍♂️ I’m no @alexhonnold but I sure felt like it today as I did my first via ferrata climb here in Engelberg, Swizterland. “Do one thing a day that scares you” - Yep, I’ll give that checkbox a big tick today. ✅

If you like heights, highly recommend. If you don’t, there’s a cable car nearby and they serve Zucchini soup at the top. 🤗

Have a great week.

@michaeldunstan_ and I sat down with toast, coffee, and two tired brains after his run at UTA100.

We didn’t care to discuss winning, heart rate data, zones, or any other race day metrics.
Those numbers don’t define a human, and they don’t create the memories that matter.

We went into the months before (and years, living in blue mountains) that shaped Mikey’s new approach to running and racing.

This is a discussion on self-love and curiosity.

I can’t reveal all the details but I’m going to be releasing a new book in August at the Sydney marathon.

If you feel like sharing, I’d love to know what you struggle with most at the moment in your running practice (or life more broadly speaking.)

If you feel called to share in the comments, thank you.
My DMs are also open.

Big Love,

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
