I told a friend I felt like a flightless bird, and instead of agreeing, they started telling me how unique and cool flightless birds actually are. This comic is kind of me learning to shift my perspective, like maybe I’m not failing at being like everyone else, maybe I just work differently. And that can still be something good.

I’ve been SO sick the past week 🤧 today has been the first day I actually feel good again. Also I cracked the screen in my iPad somehow and it costs so much to repair and I think it’s an autism thing but I get so overwhelmed with fear when anything breaks it’s like the worst feeling. But I found a place that can fix it and they won’t replace it. I get so terrified of not having my drawing iPad it’s so so important I don’t even wanna think about it being cracked. I feel really stupid for cracking the screen 😞

Real conversation I had that made me insecure about not being “thick” which is silly. People should really stop making weight comments even if they think it’s more acceptable because it’s about weight loss. Also I hate that people think they can say anything after disclaiming it’s offensiveness. It doesn’t make it any nicer.
