Today he has a thriving ministry, touching lives and glorifying the Lord in Kenya.
His sermon still rings in my spirit. Basically he gave me a fresh definition of success and how it is not measured by the world’s standard.
How we as believers must consistently raise the bar of success by sitting down, engaging in productive and analytical
thinking.

To the ones with children asleep in the next room,
And the ones nurturing dreams no one else has seen yet.

The sisters who carried everyone quietly.
The teachers who planted courage in shaking hearts.

This day belongs to tenderness too.

Because motherhood is not only biology.
Sometimes it is presence.

Sometimes it is wisdom wrapped in soft voices and tired hands.
Sometimes it is the ability to hold space for another human being and say,
“You are safe here.”

And there are women who do this every single day.
So today, we celebrate the carriers of life,
And the carriers of light.
The women raising children.
The women raising communities.
The women raising hope from the ashes of difficult seasons.

May you never forget this:
The world is softer because you are in it.
Stronger because you stayed in it.
