There’s one thing I love about getting up early: Silence.
Going for a run, a walk or to the outdoor gym allows me to start the day properly. No noise, no distraction.

In my head I turn chaos into order and structure myself to conquer the day.

one part of this challenge is two workouts per day and one must be outside. doing this in german winter with a 9 to 5 job is tough but i‘m locked in. cold nights, long days, no excuses. 👊🏼
