i am SO EXCITED that this can finally be heard by everybody. i really love Lena’s music and feel so lucky to have played on this. Recorded at the end of 2020 after a very nebulous year, and then having not heard the final product until recently, it reminds me that that there were some bright musical moments in amongst it all. I feel like this music is powerful, thoughtful, tender, beautiful… but also weirdly makes me nostalgic for memories that I’d never associated with music before.
