Launching Next Week

Renowned artist Lisa Roet’s captivating new exhibition, Rewilding, opens at PO8 next week, from Wednesday October 22 to Saturday November 15.

This body of work features sculptures, neckpieces, rings, and earrings and explores the deep connection between humanity and nature. Roet invites you to reawaken the “monkey within” and reconnect with your instinctive self.

The piece shown here, Gibbons Got A Gun, features two interwinding gibbon hands. The gold-plated coating on the female hand highlights the gibbon’s value as a commodity in the natural world.
