François Boulanger is an audiovisual artist born in Liège, Belgium in 1983.
He started producing music by the end of the 90’s/early 2000 and producing his visual work around 2010.

In 2011, he started his experimental project « ssaliva ». After working for years as Cupp Cave on alternative hip-hop and dance beats, he developped hypnotic soundscapes based on sparse rythms, lush tones and crystallised textures. A personnal and romantic rendition of a life amidst nature and city pollution. His work as ssaliva also consists of documenting equally ethereal and removed places in pictures, two compulsive and lonely processes that have made him accumulate thousands of strange, escapist mental landscapes.

Sometimes ghostly, sometimes sacred, an instantly recognizable form of melancholia.

Organ Tapes is a musician from London and Shanghai. His music is characterised by layered guitar loops, midi instrumentation, field recordings and autotune vocals.

Cliché Toupee is a London based musician drawn to the glamour of ruin… Glitter rubbed raw, melodies warped by corrosion and collapse. Sound that decays slowly, perfumed with sweetness as it rots I guess.

Phoning is a sound project by Bojan Kostovic and Robin Sparkes. Their harmonic approach to electronic composition explores sound as a phenomenon situated in space. Shaped and modulated through live electronic processing and spatial conditions.

Aircode is a Swedish producer based in London whose music is typified by dubwise dynamics, sonic capaciousness, and permutable elements of percussion, voice and piano. They have performed across Europe, and put out records on the labels TT (formerly Tobago Tracks), Takuroko, Alien Jams, Gin&Platonic and NHS along with a number of self-released drops.

ATTRITION are pioneers in what has become known as darkwave. Formed in 1980 in Coventry, England, influenced by a mix of punk ideology and experimental art aesthetics, they emerged as part of the early ‘80’s UK Industrial scene alongside contemporaries Coil, Test Department, Legendary Pink Dots, In The Nursery, Portion Control et al. Founder Martin Bowes has steered the band through a 42 year career, fuelled by a succession of critically acclaimed albums and selling over 100.000 to date.

Felix Lee, a versatile artist and musician out of Brixton, South London, whose work explores themes of spirituality, madness, and thresholds. His last album “Skullstepper” is a freeform narrative piece following an unnamed protagonist through a psychic awakening. Preacher inspired lyrics repeat like jagged mantras over a bed of wirey guitars, blown out dub bass and power electronics, invoking a world of distorted belief systems and home grown rituals.

Through his career Felix has worked with numerous collaborators including Drain Gang, Elysia Crampton, Kamixlo, and Oxhy. Beyond his own music pursuits, Felix’s founding of the iconic club night, Endless, spanning over a decade, showcases his commitment to cultivating a space for underground artists in the capital.

Ghostlore of Britain is the duo of artists Kieron Livingstone and Sarah Rosamond Hartnett who make music, film and site specific performances. They utilise the methodology of dérive, traversing the landscape as an embodied pursuit from which they capture audio and visual field recordings. Their music hijacks the cultural connotations of folk, indie, drone, dub and dance music.

Following a handful of self-released singles, EPs, and a full length album (‘Wardrove’) in February 2023, Eterna spent the rest of 2023 and the first half of 2024 continuing to work on recording. Created almost entirely in his small London studio flat, ‘Debunker’ is Eterna’s follow-up to ‘Wardrove.’ As with almost all of his previous releases, Eterna performed, recorded, and mixed everything on ‘Debunker.’
Songs on ‘Debunker’ talk about isolation, as Eterna situates characters in one place without having (or being able) to leave anytime soon. Throughout the album there are nods to missing home, to watching family and friends grow. When he couldn’t find the words, he’d turn to his guitars, using distortion as a tool to communicate and to play the role of the main protagonist of the songs.

Gyeongsu is a french based artist, peforming live in london for their first time with a 3-piece band.

Orazio is a london based artist, rooted in raw expression. Recording alone, he then translates the music live with a 3-piece band. Orazio’s first single came in 2024 with Nina, followed by their joint EP Discordia earlier this year. This debut show marks the introduction to his project.

Index for Working Musik emerged from the depths of an East End bunker in 2023 with Dragging the Needlework for the Kids at Uphole [Tough Love], a “Heroin Country” affair, followed by the experimental Indexe’e. 2024 saw the release of Purple Born, an 8-minute track that channels the likes of John Fahey and Polvo—leather boys, leather girls, and silly cuckoo clocks—and served as the first signal of the future to come with the pending release of second album, Which Direction Goes The Beam, out April 4th via Tough Love. 

In this post Sounds world, the boundaries of Post Punk have not only broadened but splintered. And over the course of (now) four releases, Index For Working Musik have seen to using the sprawling boundaries to great effect, flexing a polyglot of styles to convey the language of the moment.

Desinteresse is a Dutch coldwave band consisting of Bart (bass), Joppe (drums) and Sem (vocals/synth/guitar). The band comes from the southern province Limburg and was officially formed in November 2022. The band started out as a duo, but has been functioning as a three piece since 2024. Their latest release is the single ‘Silhouet’ (March 2025). All releases up until now have been released on their own label ‘DECADENCE’. Their aim is to “recreate the sound from a past era, using only analog equipment, seeing this as a form of art, identity and expression.”
