Behind the scenes with Chef Yara Herrera and Chef Maycoll Calderón in Cuna’s kitchen. ✨ Last night, Queens-based Hellbender (@hellbendernyc) joined us at Cuna for a collaborative five course dinner shaped by a passion for Mexican flavors & seasonal ingredients, and a whole lot of care behind the scenes—from thoughtful preparation and precise plating to the nonstop rhythm of service that brought each course to life.

Big thanks to Yara and the Hellbender team for bringing their talent and energy downtown for one very special night, and thank you to everyone who joined us at the table.
