On Saturday, the junior class ventured into Estabrook Woods, navigating to various locations using maps and coordinates. Students learned about the land's history and spent time in quiet observation, drawing, writing, and reflecting on their surroundings before carrying their finished works back to the art studio and assembling them on this wall.

Thank you to everyone who returned to campus for Alumni Weekend 2026! It was wonderful to see you and to
celebrate alumni from across the decades whose connections make the Middlesex community so special.

Join us in congratulating our newly elected School Co-Presidents for the 2026–2027 school year, Mylles Welch ’27 and Cynthia Ngugi ’27. We look forward to seeing you lead the Middlesex community next year!
This Alumni Weekend, we marked the culmination of our year-long celebration of 50 Years of Coeducation at Middlesex with a toast under the tent to the class of 1976. To the women who paved the way, thank you for your courage, resilience, and belief that Middlesex could be more. We are proud to carry on your legacy!
The cast of “The Prom” is passing the phone to everyone coming to see the spring musical this weekend!
The Middlesex Theatre Department presents “The Prom.” When a small-town girl from Indiana is banned from taking her girlfriend to prom, four eccentric Broadway stars arrive to champion her cause. It’s a heartfelt, high-energy musical comedy all about acceptance, love, and self-discovery.
Friday night’s performance is primarily for Middlesex students and faculty, while Saturday we would love to pack the house with parents, family members, and friends!

Middlesex was thrilled to welcome Lauren Ginsberg '99 back to campus this week as our Mudge Classics Lecturer. Currently an associate professor of classical studies at Duke University, Lauren shared the stories of several influential women in Roman history. She challenged Middlesex students to think about different approaches to sources to uncover untold stories of the past.

Congratulations to Bryan Dong '27, who was recently awarded the Princeton Prize in Race Relations. The award recognizes 25 high school students nationwide who demonstrate leadership in advancing racial equity or promoting racial understanding in their schools and communities.
Bryan founded the Juventus Justice Foundation, an international youth-led initiative addressing disparities in school discipline and the juvenile justice system that disproportionately impact low-income, minority, and immigrant youth. Bryan further served as a Youth Policy Committee member for the South African Institute of International Affairs and a volunteer for the South African Human Rights Commission. Independently, he has conducted civic research on the Apartheid Regime and served as a research assistant at the Harvard Center of African Studies. At Middlesex, he is the Head of the International Students Association and lead organizer of TEDxMiddlesex where he seeks to promote DEI values on campus.

Last week, Middlesex welcomed Brigid Carr to campus, who gave this year’s Bendheim Lecture. She currently works as a research associate at the Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences in Maine, and has traveled all over the world studying marine pollution. She talked to the school community about how chemistry is used everywhere and weaves its way into the work she does every day. Brigid shared the findings of her research on oil spills, plastics, and methane-reduction efforts in cattle using seaweed!
The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
