SUPER BOWL UPDATE - FILM RELEASE:

I have never been more proud of anything in my 36-year career.

And I’ve never had this many talented, brilliant, creatively-driven marketers, artists, agents, and lawyers pour as much heart and soul into work as I’ve experienced over the last 7 months.

That’s because everybody believes that America is better when we engage with our neighbors at a civic level, when we practice kindness and curiosity and acceptance.

Against this backdrop, it gives me enormous pride to share with you @rocketofficial and @redfinrealestate Super Bowl debut: America Needs Neighbors Like You.

The ad follows two teenage girls from different backgrounds whose lives intersect after major family transitions.

When a traumatic storm brings them together, a small act of kindness becomes the beginning of friendship, hope, and home.

@ladygaga deeply emotional and anthemic reinterpretation of “Won’t You Be My Neighbor” carries their story.

This is the future we’re fighting for. A future where the American neighborhood thrives on compassion and community.

This message is more important today than ever before.

At our All Company Meeting, I shared an early look at this year’s Super Bowl work with the team. With the blessing of @fredrogersproductions , @ladygaga has reimagined “Won’t You Be My Neighbor” for @rocketofficial .

Trust in neighbors is at an all-time low in America. We’re more disconnected than we’ve ever been. And in that distance, we’ve lost the feeling that someone is looking out for us. That we belong to something bigger than ourselves.

What better way to bridge that divide than with the beautiful ideals of Fred Rogers?

Mister Rogers built a movement around kindness, acceptance, and the simple, radical act of being a good neighbor. He introduced these ideals during one of America’s most turbulent chapters and created something iconic that cut through the noise of civil unrest with quiet, unwavering grace.

Those values are timeless. They wait for us to remember them.

And who better to help us remember than the 14-time Grammy Award-winning Lady Gaga? Her voice has always carried both vulnerability and power. In her hands, a gentle ballad becomes a rallying cry.

Sometimes the brilliance of creativity lies in connecting dots no one thought to connect before. Lady Gaga and Mister Rogers. Tenderness and thunder. It felt like one of those rare, combustible, culturally urgent moments.

At Rocket, we’re taking a stand for the American neighborhood.

For people to be neighborly.
To be more civically minded.
And to look out for each other with kindness and compassion.

Our babies graduated from pre school.
Papa and I are both proud and overwhelmed. Time is flying by! Super grateful, all of the time, that these beautiful souls chose us to be their dads. Now on to elementary school.
