Last Father’s Day, Millennium faced one of the toughest moments in our company’s history when a devastating fire severely damaged our plating facility.

What could have ended the story instead became the beginning of a stronger chapter.

Thanks to the dedication of our employees, support from the community, customers around the world, and the resilience of our team, we never stopped pushing forward.

Today, we’re rebuilding better than ever — with expanded capabilities, new technology, and one of the most advanced plating facilities in the country.

This one was far beyond “minor damage.” The chamber experienced a catastrophic failure that required an entire section to be welded back together.

But that’s where our team shines. 💪

Next step: recutting the chamber and reshaping everything back to spec — bringing this head back to life like it never happened. Precision, craftsmanship, and a whole lot of experience make repairs like this possible.

This BMW V12 block is getting our NSC (Nickel Silicon Carbide) plating service - a major upgrade to the cylinder surface engineered for performance and longevity.

NSC creates an ultra-hard, low-friction bore that improves ring seal, reduces wear, stabilizes temperatures, and maintains precise geometry under high load. For an engine like this V12, it means smoother operation, better efficiency, and long-term durability.

We recently had a customer bring in a cylinder head from a Dodge Neon that showed an extreme case of core shift.

Core shift happens during the casting process when the internal molds move slightly, causing the ports and passages to be misaligned. The result? Uneven airflow, restricted performance, and areas that just aren’t doing the engine any favors.

To bring this head back to life, we went to work with precision hand porting—correcting the overlap caused by the shift and reshaping the ports where it mattered most. Not only did we clean up the inconsistencies, but we also significantly improved airflow throughout the head.

The end result is a properly balanced, better-flowing cylinder head that’s ready to perform the way it should have from the start. More efficiency, more power, and one happy customer.
