After The Fundamentals we recommend continuing with The Meditation Journey - 30 sessions exploring how to live Mindfully and grow in wisdom and compassion guided by our co-founder and main teacher Axel Wennhall.
On this journey, we’ll explore being human. How hard it can be, but also the possibilities we hold for growth and freedom. It’s a journey of waking up, living mindfully, understanding ourselves, and cultivating wisdom and compassion - so that we can learn to live well: a life that is authentic, compassionate, and deeply meaningful.
Meditation can be a wonderful tool for reducing stress, improving sleep, and meeting challenging emotions such as anxiety or fear and the benefits of meditation are backed by thousands of scientific studies. In The Meditation Journey, however, these positive changes are not the goal they are by-products. The real intention is a shift in identity: a shift out of being identified with our thoughts and into presence, into being naturally aware. It’s a shift into simply being ourselves.
These guided sessions are not only traditional meditations where you sit and close your eyes. They also include reflections, small experiments, inquiries, and contemplations.
