Over the last few years, we’ve been lucky to work on some incredible events — from weddings and birthdays to school proms, PTA fundraisers, and large public celebrations.

Along the way, MLE Pyrotechnics has grown in ways we’re really proud of: we’ve become 2x British Firework Champions, won four international competitions - three of them in the last three years - supplied drone light shows, lasers, and lighting, and even organised the Firework Champions ourselves.

But it’s never just about awards. It’s about the moments we get to create, the smiles we see and the reactions that make every show worth it. Fireworks are amazing, but seeing everyone enjoy them is the real magic.

✅ Physically fit (you'll be moving equipment, not clouds ☁️)
✅ Reliable and up for hard but rewarding graft
✅ Open-minded and willing to get stuck in
✅ Cool with standing in fields at night (we bring the glow)
🎓 Experience helps, but it’s not essential – training is provided.
